3 updates: Microsoft Teams, SSO SAML, Analytics Dashboard

Microsoft Teams#

New Feature 🚀

It’s a big day for those of you with a Microsoft tech stack. 🎥 Move over Outlook (released X, 2024) - Teams is here! Similar to our Zoom integration, you can now connect your Teams Meetings account to Wavy. Here’s how it works:

  • When an event is created through Wavy, a Teams meeting will automatically be scheduled and the link will be added to the calendar invite.

  • Any modifications you make to your event in Wavy will automatically update Teams if needed, ensuring your meeting link is always up to date.

  • Your post-event Report will automatically update with confirmed attendees ✅

You can learn more and enable this integration here.

SSO SAML#

New Feature 🚀

More flexibility for your login flows. 🔐

We’ve extended support for custom SAML SSO implementations, making it easier for your team to connect Wavy with internal identity providers no matter how your system is set up.

Your team can log in to Wavy securely with their existing credentials, and you can rest easy knowing access is streamlined and secure!

Head into your Integrations page to connect.

Analytics Dashboard#

New Feature 🚀

We’ve launched the Wavy Analytics Dashboard - a (beta!) feature designed to give you deep insight into your company’s engagement with events, programming, and all things culture.

Whether you’re reporting to leadership, optimizing budgets, or planning future experiences, this dashboard puts all data right at your fingertips.

Here’s what you’ll find:

🎛 Filters that work how you think

Slice your data by event type (team, ERG, company-wide, etc.), year, or quarter to get a focused view of what’s happening across your org.

📈 Key metrics at a glance

See how many events have been planned, how many people showed up, how much was spent, and how satisfied your team really was.

📊 Interactive charts and trends

Track your company’s momentum with visualizations of month-over-month participation, satisfaction, and spend.

🗂 Four tabs for deeper insight:

  • Event List: View and export fast facts on each event, including invites vs. attendance, satisfaction scores, and cost.

  • Spend: Drill down into where your budget is being used across event types. Don’t forget to tag your events in the Event List tab!

  • Reach: Understand who’s showing up and from which departments, plus survey response rates across teams.

  • Standouts: Identify your top events and most engaged participants - aka your culture champions.

🧠 Built for better decision-making

Use the dashboard to spot trends, identify gaps, and make programming more strategic, more inclusive, and more impactful.

We’re still in beta, and your feedback will help shape what comes next. Just look for the Analytics Dashboard in your left-hand nav, and let us know what you think!
