Invites to OOO or Busy#
Product Update 🛠️
When you send invites and folks have their calendar set to OOO or Busy during that event time, it will automatically list their RSVP status as No. Employees who have this setting turned on will get a follow up notification (delivered via Email or Slack) that prompts them to manually update their RSVP status on the calendar, if they’d like to attend despite having OOO or Busy turned on.

Product Update 🛠️
Reporting on attendees post-event just got easier. As long as you have your Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams video integration turned ON and you’ve created your event in Wavy, we’ll automatically list attendees after the event or meeting. Previously, this took up to 24 hours. It now takes < 1 hour and will use memory from past events to easily count and match employees who have been “counted” before.
Note: for in-person or hybrid events, you can click “Pick from RSVPs” and individually select those who attended from the RSVP list. You can also click “Add All” to confirm that everyone who said Yes did in fact attend.
